Video Thumbnail Extraction and Video ML Systems
- Built a video analysis application for thumbnail extraction, integrating frame-level computer vision, caption/NLP signals, and audio segmentation into an ML scoring pipeline.
- Designed backend ML APIs and asynchronous video processing workflows using Flask, Celery, Redis, and Docker.
- Integrated face detection, head-pose estimation, and emotion analysis modules for frame quality assessment and candidate thumbnail scoring.
- Containerized the application with Docker and deployed video/ML services on AWS cloud services.
Video Background Matting Application
- Enhanced a full-stack video background matting application by improving UI/UX design, browser video compatibility, and login experience.
- Wrapped frontend, backend, and ML API services into a single Docker container.
- Deployed the Docker image onto Azure Container Instances with GPU support.
