Computer Vision Robustness Research
- Conducted ML robustness research across object detection, segmentation, face detection, and face recognition models, including YOLO, Segment Anything, BlazeFace, RetinaFace, and recognition backbones.
- Implemented PyTorch-based attack/evaluation pipelines using FGSM, PGD, and Universal Adversarial Perturbations (UAPs) across detection, segmentation, and recognition tasks.
- Explored GANs and Stable Diffusion models for improving model defenses against adversarial attacks.
- Built an interactive PySide6 research demo to visualize adversarial attacks, model failures, and defense effects for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Implemented a Flask-based web service to support project integration, demonstration, and follow-up research.
